01About ecommsyte

ecommsyte is a full-service Amazon and ecommerce growth agency working with brands across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and United Arab Emirates.

These Terms govern your use of our website and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the services we provide. By using this site or engaging us, you accept them.

02Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Please don't:

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the site
  • Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information
  • Attempt to access systems or data you're not authorised to reach
  • Copy, scrape, or republish our content without permission
  • Use the site for fraud, spam, or impersonation

We may restrict or withdraw access if the site is misused.

03Free audits and consultations

Our free audits and consultations are informational. They're an honest look at your account and an outline of what we'd do — not a promise of a particular outcome.

Nothing in a free audit guarantees rankings, sales growth, advertising performance, account reinstatement, listing approval, marketplace eligibility, supplier availability, or profitability. A paid engagement begins only when both sides agree terms in writing.

04Our services

Depending on what you engage us for, our work may include:

  • Product launch strategy and execution
  • Product research, screening, and validation
  • Supplier sourcing, negotiation support, and logistics coordination
  • Listing optimization, keyword research, and conversion copywriting
  • Creative design, including images, A+ content, and storefronts
  • PPC account management across Sponsored Ads and DSP
  • Account health monitoring, compliance, and issue resolution
  • Multichannel integration, inventory syncing, and fulfilment support

The exact deliverables, timelines, and fees for your engagement are set out in your proposal or service agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

05Your responsibilities

For the work to succeed, we rely on you to:

  • Give us accurate, complete information
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals
  • Grant the account access the work requires
  • Supply materials you have the right to use
  • Keep your business compliant with marketplace policies and applicable law

You remain responsible for your account security, your final decisions on pricing and compliance, and your own legal obligations.

06Account access and permissions

Some services require access to Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, advertising accounts, Shopify, or other systems. We ask for access through the platform's own secure permission tools, and we use it only for the work you've agreed to.

We're not responsible for delays caused by access being withheld or revoked, platform outages, or inaccurate data inside your account.

07Third-party platforms

Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, and every other marketplace operate independently, with their own policies, review processes, and enforcement decisions that change without notice.

We do not control Amazon or any other marketplace. We can't accept liability for suspensions, policy changes, listing decisions, or enforcement actions those platforms take.

08No guaranteed results

Ecommerce results depend on many things outside our control — your product and pricing, competition, marketplace algorithms, seasonality, stock availability, and shopper behaviour.

We therefore don't guarantee sales, revenue, profit margin, ROAS or ACoS levels, ranking positions, listing approval, account reinstatement, or supplier quality. Case studies and figures shown on this site are examples of past work, not a prediction of your results.

09Sourcing and logistics support

Our sourcing and logistics work is advisory and coordination support. We are not a manufacturer, customs broker, freight forwarder, or insurer.

You remain responsible for choosing your suppliers, product safety and compliance, testing and certification, customs and duties, insurance, shipping costs, and any contracts you sign with suppliers.

10Advertising and ad spend

You own your advertising accounts and are responsible for funding them, and for the eligibility of the products you advertise. Ad spend is separate from our service fees and is billed to you by the platform.

Advertising performance moves with competition, seasonality, and platform changes. We manage toward your agreed targets; we don't guarantee them.

11Fees, payments, and billing

Fees, billing schedules, and scope are set out in your proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Payments are due by the date stated on the invoice, and we may pause work on overdue accounts.

Third-party costs — advertising spend, software, supplier and sampling costs, marketplace fees, shipping, and taxes — are separate from our fees unless your agreement says otherwise.

12Refunds and cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are those set out in your written agreement.

Because our work is strategy, research, and skilled labour delivered over time, completed work, work in progress, audits, strategy, and delivered assets are generally non-refundable unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

13Project timelines

We make every reasonable effort to hit the timelines we commit to. Schedules can move because of delayed feedback or access, marketplace review times, supplier or shipping delays, platform outages, changes in scope, or events outside anyone's control.

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, timelines are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees.

14Intellectual property

We own our website content, methods, frameworks, templates, and internal materials. You own the brand assets and materials you provide to us.

Once your account is paid up, you may use the final deliverables we create for you for your business. We keep ownership of the underlying methods and templates used to produce them.

15Portfolio, case studies, and testimonials

We may ask your permission to reference your brand, results, or a testimonial in our marketing. We won't disclose confidential details without your agreement.

If you give us a testimonial or review, you're allowing us to display it on our website and social channels. You can withdraw that permission in writing at any time.

16Confidentiality

Both of us agree to use the other's confidential information — account data, product plans, pricing, supplier details, and strategy documents — only for the purpose it was shared, and to protect it from unauthorised disclosure, except where the law requires otherwise.

17Website content

We aim to keep everything on this website accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it's free of errors or fully up to date.

Our content is general information about ecommerce growth. It isn't legal, tax, financial, accounting, or compliance advice — please take professional advice for your own situation.

18Careers and applications

If you apply for a role with us, please give accurate information. Submitting an application doesn't guarantee an interview, an offer, or employment. We handle recruitment information as described in our Privacy Policy.

19Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or account suspension.

Our total liability for any claim relating to this website or our services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

20Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify ecommsyte, its team, and its contractors against claims, losses, and costs arising from your products, your marketplace policy compliance, materials you supply to us, misuse of our services, breach of these Terms, or intellectual property and compliance issues connected to your business.

21Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end services for non-payment, false information, misuse of our work, unlawful requests, or breach of these Terms. You may end an engagement in line with your agreement.

Ending an engagement doesn't remove your obligation to pay for work already completed.

22Events outside our control

Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural events, power or internet outages, government action, platform or marketplace outages, or major disruption to shipping.

23Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where our operations are based, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there — unless your signed service agreement specifies a different jurisdiction, or we agree otherwise in writing.

24Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
